How Do I Edit My vCard? (Mobile)

What is a "vCard?"

A vCard is a virtual business card that makes your contact information easily accessible for you and your contacts.
 

Important Notes: 

• Some Broker-Dealer/Groups may require approval of virtual business (vCard) changes. If this is the case, you won't see your changes until your vCard is approved by your group's administration. 
• Do not use the colon or semi-colon in characters, as these are used as field separators in the vCard. 
• You must set up your vCard in the MyRepChat web app before you can send your information.

Steps to Edit Your vCard in the Mobile App:

In the mobile app, you can edit the details in your vCard. 

1. Tap the More tab in the bottom navigation bar

   

2. Tap vCard under the Account options. 

   

3. Here, you should see your vCard and whether it is approved or pending approval. To edit, tap the vCard.
4. You will be brought to the vCard details page, where you can edit your information. 
   • Note: If your Broker Dealer/Group requires approval of vCards, you will see this change noted as pending, and your other vCard will be in use until the edits are approved.
