How do I delete a contact? (Mobile)

If you need to remove a contact from your MyRepChat account, you can do so directly from the mobile app. There are two ways to get to a contact's details page to delete them.

Note: Only contacts can be deleted in MyRepChat; text messages cannot be deleted.

Option 1: From the Messages or Calls tab

1. Locate the contact in your Messages or Calls tab.

2. Tap the contact's image icon next to their name or number.

   

3. You'll be taken to the contact's details page.

4. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete.

   

5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: From the Contacts list

1. Tap the Contacts album icon in the top left corner of the Messages tab.

   

2. Find and tap the contact you want to delete.
3. You'll be taken to the contact's details page.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: If your contact is synced to a CRM, deleting them in MyRepChat will not remove them from your CRM. They can be re-imported at any time.
