What Is The Recording Add-On?
The Recording Add-On creates recordings of all MyRepChat phone calls. These would be archived with your archive provider. If you have a CRM that supports audio files, these will also be transferred to your CRM as a note.
Notes:
- This add-on is only available if you have the voice-add on feature turned on.
- The recording add-on feature may not be available to you depending on your broker-dealer/group. This can be managed at the group level.
- The recording add-on does contain an additional monthly fee. Price may vary depending on your group. You can find pricing beneath the toggle button found on step 3.
- In some states, it is illegal to record a call without the caller being aware. Please keep this in mind.
How Do I Set Up The Recording Add-On?
- On your "Dashboard," Click the "Settings" tab in the bottom left corner.
- Beneath the "Add-Ons and Billings" section, find "Recording Add-On."
- Use the "Toggle" to turn on/off the Recording functionality.
