What Are Additional Account Logins?

Additional accounts logins allow more than one person to have access to the same account, including the same phone number, and vCard. 

Notes: 

• Accounts have two logins included in the base pricing. You would get the main user (you,) and one additional login. 
• After your first two logins, anymore would have an additional monthly price associated with them. (You can find pricing at the top of the Additional Logins page) 
• When having multiple people on the same account, they cannot have their own vCard or phone number. 
• You cannot change the user's email address or MFA upon adding, if you need to change this you would have to remove and re-add the user.
   

How Do I Add More Users to My Account? 

1. On your "Dashboard," click the "Settings" tab in the bottom left corner. 
   
   
    
2. Beneath the "Add-Ons and Billing" section, find and click "Additional Logins" 
   
   
    
3. Click the blue "+Create Login" button at the bottom of your screen
   
   
    
4. Type the name of the desired user in the "Name" text box
   
   
    
5. Type the desired user's email address in the "Email" text box
   
   
    
6. Click "Save"
   
   
    
7. The user will then receive an email with a temporary password, and they will go to dart.ionlake.com to login with the temporary password. 
    

How Do I Delete Users From My Account? 

1. On your "Dashboard," click the "Settings" tab in the bottom left corner. 
   
   
    
2. Beneath the "Add-Ons and Billing" section, find and click "Additional Logins" 
   
   
    
3. Click the "X" next to the user you no longer want to have access to your account.
