Navigating the Messages tab (Mobile UI)

When you log in to the MyRepChat mobile app, you'll land on the Messages tab by default. This is your home base for all client text conversations.

What you can do from the Messages tab

• Start a new message: tap the Messages 🗩 + icon in the lower right corner to create a new text conversation.

  

• Add a contact: Tap the Contacts icon in the top left corner to access your contact list and add new contacts manually.

  

• Search messages: Tap the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search through your existing message threads.

  

Message views

The Messages tab has three views at the top of the screen to help you find and organize your conversations:

• All: Shows every message thread in your account with infinite scroll, so you can go as far back as you need to find any conversation ever sent or received.

• Unread: Shows any message threads with unread messages, including threads you've manually marked as unread after opening them.

  

• Hidden Shows any message threads you've chosen to hide from your main view.

  

Swipe actions

You can swipe on any message thread to quickly take action without opening the conversation:

• Swipe left ⬅️to hide the message thread from the All view, or block the contact.

  

• Swipe right ➡️to mark the thread as read or unread, or pin the contact to the top of your messages list for easy access later.
