How do I integrate with Practifi?

Integrating with Practifi allows you to import your contacts into MyRepChat and lets MyRepChat add notes in your contacts profile within Practifi

Set up Integration:

To set up the integration, from the Dashboard, go to Settings, click on Integrations-->Connect to CRM.

From there you will scroll down and click on the Practifi box: 

A secondary section will appear:

Make sure the 'Enable' button is toggled to Green. 

Now click the 'Connect to Practifi' button and you will be redirected to the Practifi login page.

Log in to Practifi and accept MyRepChat to be able to access your Practifi data. We ask for 'offline' access in order to send notes to Practifi. Once you've accepted MyRepChat to access your data you'll be redirected back. 

Click the appropriate checkbox in the 'Send messages to CRM' section.

Select 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

Messages will logged under the contact record in activities.  They will be saved as 'calls' seen below.

Search Behavior:

As you might expect, each CRM is different for search behavior and may have limitations. These are search behaviors specific to Practifi:

• A Phone search will search:  Mobile, HomePhone, and OtherPhone fields.
• A Phone search is a 'contains' search so a search for the last 4 digits of a number will match.
• Practifi stores phone numbers how they are entered and does not provide a way for us to search phone numbers in a normalized way so we try several formats.
  • We try the following formats:
    • xxxyyyzzzz (no punctuation) - this is the preferred entry since it's displayed in Salesforce formatted
    • xxx-yyy-zzzz 
    • (xxx)yyy-zzzz
  • If the search is not a full 10 digit number, we'll try
    • xxxyyyy
    • xxx-yyyy
    • xxx.yyyy
  • And we'll try whatever you type in the search as well, so if you have saved a different format then type that exact format, it will find it.
• Name searches with no spaces will search if your entry is contained in either the first or last name fields.
• Name searches with a space will search the first name before the space and last name after the space.
• MyRepChat searches for contact or account records only, it will not be able to import Households or Organizations.
