Follow these instructions to create a scheduled message using a template:
- In the menu that appears on the left side of your "Dashboard," click the "Scheduled" tab
- Click the "+Message" tab to create a new message
- Click the "Person Icon" in the "To" field
- In the "Search Bar" begin typing the name of the contact you'd like to send this message to
- In the list, find and click on the correct client
- Click on the "Calendar Icon" to open the calendar view
- In the calendar, click the date you'd like to schedule the message for
- In the "Time" field, click on the "Clock Icon"
- Select the time you would like to schedule the message for
- If you would like to schedule for this message to go out multiple times, click the downward arrow in the "Frequency" field
- In the drop-down bar, select how often you would like this to go out (Just Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually, Quarterly, Semi-Annually)
- Click the "Select Template" link at the bottom left of the "Message" field
- From your list of templates, click the template you would like to use for this scheduled message
- Click "Save" to save your scheduled message
