Integrating with Copper CRM allows you to import your contacts into MyRepChat and allows MyRepChat to document SMS messages as notes into Copper CRM under your customers profile.

Set up Integration:
To set up the integration, from the Dashboard, go to Settings-->Integrations-->Connect to CRM.
Scroll down to click on the Copper box:
You will see a secondary section appear with instructions on setting up your Copper CRM integration:
Toggle the 'Enable' button to green.
In the 'Send messages to CRM' section, click the appropriate checkbox.
Click 'Save.'
The 'Access Key' in Copper CRM can be found after logging in to Copper CRM under 'Settings':
Under 'Preferences', go to API Keys section. Click 'Generate API Key' button. Copy the creator email address and API Key and paste into username and 'Access Key' fields in MyRepChat.

Search Behavior:
As you might expect, each CRM is different for search behavior and may have limitations. This is the behavior specific to Copper:
- A Phone search will search all phone fields and ignores any punctuation.
- A Phone search needs an exact match if it's less than 6 digits. If there are more than 6 digits it uses a "fuzzy" search.
- A Name search requires an exact match of the full name. So 'John Smith' needs to be searched with 'John Smith'
