Integrating with Base CRM allows you to import your contacts into MyRepChat and allows MyRepChat to document SMS messages as notes into Base CRM under your customers' profiles.

Set up Integration:
To set up the integration, from the Dashboard, go to Settings-->Integrations-->Connect to CRM.
Click on the Base box:
You will see a secondary section appear with instructions on setting up your Base CRM integration:
The 'Access Key' in Base CRM can be found after logging in to Base CRM:
Go to your profile and under 'Preferences' select 'Oauth'. Under 'Access Tokens' tab, click the 'Add Access Token'. See screenshot above for Access Token preferences. Click 'Save' and copy the token and paste it into the 'Access Key' field in MyRepChat and Click 'Save'.

Search Behavior:
As you might expect, each CRM is different for search behavior and may have limitations. This is the behavior specific to Base:
- A Phone search will search only contacts in the mobile field and ignores any punctuation.
- A Phone search is a 'contains' search so a search for the last 4 digits of a number will match.
- Name searches look in both first and last name fields.
