Creating message templates can make the process of sending messages much faster. To create a message template, please follow these instructions:
- In the menu on the left side of your "Dashboard," click the "Templates" tab
- Click the "+Template" button found next to the search bar
- Type the title for your template in the "Name Template" field
- In the "Message" text box, type out what you would like your message to say
- Once you've completed typing in what you would like your message to say, click "Save" on the bottom right of the message field to save your message
- You will then receive a pop-up stating "Created! Your new template has been saved." click the "Close" button to exit out of this pop-up
Note:
When creating your template, you can find a guide on the right side that shows you the different tags you can utilize to populate different information into your message. You can use the overlapping squares button on the right side to auto-copy the tag, so you will only have to paste this into the message.
