How Do I Setup/Edit My vCard? (Desktop)

What is a "vCard?"

A vCard is a virtual business card that makes your contact information easily accessible for you and your contacts.

Notes: 

• Important Information: Some Broker Dealer/Groups may require approval of virtual business (vCard) changes. If this is the case, you won't see your changes until your vCard has been approved by your group administration. 
• Do not use the colon, or semi-colon in characters as these are used as field separators in the vCard. 
• You must set up your vCard before you can send your information out, even if there is information defaulted there from your initial account set up process.

Steps to Setup or Edit Your vCard:

1. In the menu on the left side of your "Dashboard," click "Settings"
   
   
2. In the "Profile" section, click "Personal Details (vCard)"
   
   
   
   
3. Click the "image+" icon to add a contact photo
   
   
   
   
4. Click "Choose From Library" to open your computer files
   
   
   
   
5. Click the image you want to upload in the pop-up window
   
   
   
   
6. Click "Open" to upload the image to your vCard
   
   
   
   
7. Type your first and last name in the "First and Last Name" field
   
   
   
   
8.  Type your Company or Branch name in the "Company or Branch" name field 
   
   
   
   
9. Type your Title in the "Title" field 
   
   
10. Type your Street Address in the "Address" box
    
    
    
    
11. Type your City in the "City" field
    
    
    
    
12. Type your State in the "State" field 
    
    
    
    
13. Type your Zip Code in the "Zip Code" field 
    
    
    
    
14. Type your email address into the "Email" field
    
    
    
    
15. Your MyRepChat number will default into the "Mobile Number" field, but you do have the ability to change this if you'd like by typing your number into the "Mobile No" text field
    
    
    
    
16. Type your Work Phone Number in the "Work Phone No" field 
    
    
    
    
17. Type a note, or tagline in the "Note" field
    
    
    
    
18. Click "Save" to save your changes
