If you are not receiving notifications, try the following steps:
1. Check to see that your phone's operating system is updated. Install any necessary updates.
2. Turn your phone off for 5 minutes. Restart.
3. Delete the app and re-install it.
6. Refresh the app. Either close it out completely and re-open it, or log out and log back in. Again, another quick and easy tip that solves a lot of usability issues.
