Navigating the Messages tab (mobile UI)

When you tap on 'Messages' from the main menu you will see the screen below.  From the first screen you can either tap on one of the current messages on the screen, or tap on the pencil icon found in the lower right corner: 

After tapping on the pencil icon, you will be brought to the next screen.  This is where you will need to search for the client.  Note: You search by first name, last name or last 4 digits of a phone number: 

If you are searching for a distribution list you will need to click on the Funnel icon and click the 'Search DL' box:

Once you have found the contact or distribution list, you will need to select the name, then you will be brought to the messaging screen: 

From this page you can enter your message. Tap on the little paper airplane icon to send the message.
