Make sure you integrate your MyRepChat account with your own CRM login credentials, and that those credentials are not expired.
Make sure you note all the CRM integration settings and don’t forget to ENABLE the integration.
If a contact is not a client in your CRM the notes will not move over (i.e. lead, household, etc.).
MyRepChat is only as clean as your CRM—make sure you check your CRM for duplicates and errors and edit accordingly or notes may not flow over as intended.
All notes follow the phone number—search by the phone number in your CRM and this will usually pull up any dupes, leads, households, or errors that need to be rectified.
After any changes in your CRM please make sure to utilize our Reconciliation feature to merge that updated information with the corresponding contact in MyRepChat. Contacts—All Contacts—narrow by last name at top of contacts list—click on two little arrows to the right.
Make sure if you make any changes in MyRepChat that you Save Contact at bottom of screen and refresh your Chrome browser page.
If a contact in MyRepChat does not show their CRM logo by their name then they are not synched and notes will not move over. All contacts must have your CRM logo for texts to move over as notes.
If anyone reaches out to you first or you create them as a contact from scratch in MyRepChat then you would need to use our reconciliation feature in order for any texts with those contacts to move over and for that contact to be synched with your CRM.
Only contacts can be deleted (red delete button or little garbage can) NOT texts.
