Ensuring that your MyRepChat contacts match your CRM information is great practice, as this gives you the ability to update any incorrect information that's in MyRepChat. To ensure these match, please follow these instructions:
- Click "Contacts" in the menu on the left side of your "Dashboard"
- On the top right of the "Contacts" page, use the "Search" bar to search for the contact
- Find the contact in the list, and select the "Maximize Icon." This icon looks like two arrows pointing away from each other.
- In the "Reconcile Contact" list, find and click on the correct contact to update the information to match your CRM
- Select "Save" and this will show this has been updated by showing the CRM logo next to the contact name.
