One of our recent MyRepChat updates was our Reconciliation feature. This allows you to merge contact information in your CRM with that same contact in MyRepChat to make updates, edits, etc. This can be found here--Contacts--All Contacts:
(click on the two little arrows pointing to each other and follow the pop up steps)
If there is no corresponding contact information in your CRM, then you'll want to either add that info in your CRM and then do the reconciliation, or edit the contact details for that contact in MyRepChat manually if you do not want that contact associated with your CRM.
