If you have had conversations with clients on your mobile phone, they may be saved in the contacts on your mobile phone. You can pull these contacts from the mobile phone into the app through the 'Import from Phone' option.
Go to the 'Contacts' Section from the blue menu page, and then on the next screen at the bottom use 'Add contact or DL'.
In the next screen Choose 'Import from Phone' and click 'I Agree'. The 'I Agree' button will become light and it is working, just wait, this will take up to 20 seconds to see all your contacts from your phone.
Note: This will not import all of your contacts, the next step is to select which contacts you want to add.
On the next page you can select the contacts you want to import - when they are highlighted in light blue, they are selected. Click 'IMPORT SELECTED' to import those contacts, or the Back Arrow at the top left corner of the screen to exit when you've imported all the contacts you want to add.
You can now search for them as a contact from the 'Messages' pane, and 'Compose Message', or from 'Contacts'
From Contacts - Contact Details, scroll to the bottom to 'Message/Call' contact, and that will return to the messages pane.
