How do I port my number for use on MyRepChat?

It may be wise in some situations to port your number to MyRepChat's carrier Twilio. To start a port request, please gather this information and send your request to [e-mail] . 

In your request to port we need a few specific pieces of information: 

1. Number to Port: (###) ###-####
2. Client Service Record/Ticket number:
3. Account #
4. PIN #
5. Name on the account:
6. Address:
7. Documents to attach: 
   1. LOA: Please open this LOA, download and fill it out, and send into [e-mail] with your port request. 
   2. Phone Bill (needs to be a recent phone bill within the last 30 days)
      1. If you're porting a Google Voice account, a screenshot of the account page is sufficient. Please be sure the number is 'unlocked'.
