If you are not receiving incoming messages, it may be one of the following issues:
- Ensure your phone is connected to Data or WiFi and is able to receive messages
- Ensure the text is being sent to the correct number. As a best practice, tell your clients to save your business texting number as a separate contact card (if they also have your personal cell phone number).
- If you have confirmed access to data to receive messages, configuration settings on the number could be incorrect. Please contact MyRepChat Support at 844-402-2401 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you have recently changed phones to VoIP, or picked a new voice provider/carrier, and your number was a text-enabled landline or VoIP SPID release, the carrier change likely interrupted text messages. See the article about carrier changes.
