To create a scheduled message, select Scheduled from the main menu.
You will now see a calendar view of all your scheduled messages. (Note: The dates with a blue dot beneath them have a message scheduled on that day.)
Click on the "Schedule New" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will now be able to tap the "Person" icon to search for a contact/group.
Then choose the date, time, and frequency of the scheduled message. Type your message into the message box and click "Save".
Your message is now scheduled.
