How Do I Block Spam/Unwanted Messages? (Desktop)

If you're receiving spam or unwanted messages from an unknown number that you would like to block, please follow these instructions:

1. In the menu on the left side of your "Dashboard" open the "Messages" tab
   
   
   
   
2. Select the message conversation for the contact that you would like to block, and click on the top of the message where it shows their name and number to open the contact edit page"
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll to the bottom of the "Contact Edit" page
   
   
   
   
4. Click the blue toggle button in the box titled "Block Contact"
   
   
   
   
5. On the bottom right, click the "Save" button to save this change
   
   
   
   
   
   Blocking a phone number will only stop texts from coming in - not phone calls.
