MyRepChat can integrate with MarketingPro to provide content from your MarketingPro marketing library directly to your contacts via a link in SMS from both the MyRepChat web application and mobile app.
Content available for use in MyRepChat consists of articles/content you specifically added to MyRepChat and articles that are automatically assigned.
Setup consists of 3 steps:
- Link your MarketingPro account with your MyRepChat account
- Configure MarketingPro profile for names and disclosures
- Add articles/content from your MarketingPro Marketing Library to be available to search in MyRepChat.
To link accounts, find your Authentication Code in MarketingPro settings under MyRepChat integration:
In MyRepChat, from the Dashboard, go to Settings-->Integrations-->Marketing Pro, enter the User Code and click 'Save'.
Configure MarketingPro Profile
MyRepChat uses the names and disclosures from the MarketingPro profile. This assures you are in compliance with the articles you've selected. Make sure you add names and disclosures in your MarketingPro profile.
Add Content to MyRepChat
By default, the content available to send with MyRepChat only contains articles that are automatically assigned. You can add additional articles for use with MyRepChat by adding them to MyRepChat within the MarketingPro Message Library.
You can add articles to MyRepChat by first viewing the article in MarketingPro, scroll to the bottom and find the 'Add to MyRepChat' button.
Using MarketingPro in MyRepChat
Once your account is linked and you've added content for MyRepChat, you can search for and send content to your contacts. If the MarketingPro integration is configured, from the Dashboard click on Bookmarks and you'll see it listed. If you click on the icon, a popup will appear where you can search for articles. An empty search will list all articles you've linked.
