Summary
MyRepChat can integrate with Riskalyze to generate and send questionnaires to your contacts. These questionnaires result in a Risk Number for your contact that quantify a person's risk tolerance to gains and losses.
Existing Risk Numbers are shown in Messages and history of previous questionnaires can be seen by clicking on the number.
Setup
To start showing Risk Numbers and sending questionnaires, you must first link your Riskalyze account with your MyRepChat account. This is as simple as clicking a button and logging into your Riskalyze account.
Steps:
1) In MyRepChat from the Dashboard, go to Settings-->Integrations-->Riskalyze and click Connect:
2) You will be redirected to a Riskalyze login page:
3) Log in to your Riskalyze account and you will be shown a message asking if you would authorize MyRepChat to access Riskalyze data:
4) Once you click 'Yes, I authorize this request', you will be redirected back to MyRepChat.
Your accounts are now linked and you should now be able to view Risk Numbers and send Riskalyze Questionnaires.
Note: After linking you may need to log out and log back in to MyRepChat to see existing Riskalyze data.
If, for any reason, you no longer see Riskalyze Risk Numbers, follow the setup procedure again to make sure the accounts are linked.
Using Riskalyze Features
MyRepChat matches Riskalyze Clients with MyRepChat Contacts via email address. Both Riskalyze clients AND MyRepChat contacts must have email addresses and they must match exactly. If a contact does not have a corresponding client in Riskalyze the Contact Details page will look like:
For contacts that have an email match, any existing Riskalyze Numbers and a 'Send Selected Questionnaire' button will appear.
Riskalyze Numbers and Questionnaire history is shown on the Contact Details page and is available in Messages by clicking on the 'Risk Number' on the upper left part of the Message screen.
You can send either the 'Simple' or 'Detailed' Riskalyze questionnaire.
The contact will receive a text message that looks like:
