We are always able to send your archiving emails to your already archived email inbox.
*If you're part of a group that is already archiving your messages (ask your group admin), then you most likely do not need to do this.
You can set this up under 'Settings--Archives and Reports--Connect to Archiver' and filling in your email address information.
Next, you'll want to set up your archiving schedule. From 'Settings--Archives and Reports--Archive Schedule', scroll down and click on Email (which should be checked) and from there you'll see this screen. Click on +Add Schedule to set time and frequency of those archive emails to be sent. Under STATE make sure you change that from Editable to Active, and then click Save.
**You can always add another email for the reports to go, so you and a supervisor/compliance manager could both receive these archive reports.
***You can always remove an email from this archiving section as well. Sometimes emails change, or maybe the other person you set up to receive these journals no longer wants to receive them.
You can come back to this page at any time to review the Audit section. This section is where you can go if you ever want to confirm that your archive schedule is running as planned. Note that when you have no activity, you won't receive an email. So this section comes in handy to let you know that the schedule ran even though you didn't receive an email.
