There are two ways to create a scheduled message, through Smart Messages or through an individual conversation. We will go through both in this document.
Navigate to Smart Messages through the Features page.
You will be brought to the Smart Messages screen. Click on the + in the lower righthand corner.
You will now be prompted to enter in the message you would like to schedule. Click on the Person Icon to select a contact/group from your list of contacts.
Select a contact from your list of contacts or select the group tab to choose a group to schedule your message too.
Once you have selected a contact(s). You will be brought back to the scheduling tab to select a date, time, and frequency to your saved message.
Click the Create button when you are done customizing your message to schedule it.
You will be brought to the scheduled messages calendar. And will get an automatic message saying "Scheduled Message Saved".
You can view your scheduled message at any time by selecting the date the message is scheduled on.
Schedule a Message from within a Conversation
When you are already in a conversation with someone. Click on the Calendar icon underneath the text box.
You will now be brought to a Schedule Message page.
Type in the message you would like to schedule and select the time and date you would like it to be sent. Click Schedule.
