To create an account go to "dart.ionlake.com" and use the following instructions on how to create it.
- Click on "I don't have an account" beneath the "Next" button.
- If you are part of an organization, type in your "Organization Code" in the "Enter Organization Code" field, and click "Next". If you're not sure what your organizations code is, you can ask us or click "Skip For Now"
- Type in your business details. "Company Name", "Company Address", "Company City", "Company State", and your "Company Post Code" and click "Next"
- Type your personal cell phone number in the "Phone Number Only" text box. You must verify your phone number via text or call, to do so, click the "Text" or "Call" buttons to receive a verification code. Click the "OK" button, on the top right bottom of the pop-up window informing you the verification code has been sent.
If you did not receive a verification code, review your phone number to ensure it's right, if the phone number was incorrect click "Change Number" if this was correct, try to "Resend Code"
- Type in the verification code you received either via text, or call into the "Verification Code" field and click "Continue"
- Fill out your personal information in the fields. "Your Name", "Email Address", "Password" and "Confirm Password" and click "Finish"
- Check your email inbox or text messages for a verification code. Type the verification code into the "Enter Verification Code" field. Click "Next" to proceed.
- Type the email you used on your personal information into the "Email Address" field and click "Next."
- Type your password into the "Password" field, and click "Login"
- We require a second form of verification for security purposes. Click the checkbox to choose between "phone number" or "email address" to receive a verification code when you login, and click "Next"
- Check your email or text messages for your verification code. Type the verification code you received into the "Enter Verification Code" text box and click "Next" to proceed
- In the box on the bottom of the left side of the page, click the big blue "Get Started" button
- Type in your desired area code in the "Area Code*" text box and click "Search" to continue
- A dropdown bar with options using your desired area code will appear, click the "Down Arrow" on the right side of the drop-down menu. If you would like to change the area code, click "Change Area Code" beneath the "Continue" button.
- Scroll through the option to find a number you prefer, and click this number to select it. If you do not see a number you would like to use, click "Refresh" beneath the drop-down bar to get new options.
- If you want to proceed with this number, click "OK." If you'd like to change this option, click "Cancel"
- On the pop-up informing you your number has been changed, click "OK"
- Your virtual card (Vcard) will pop up, scroll all the way down. Click "Save" to continue.
- Options to connect to CRM's will appear, click "Skip." A pop-up will appear informing you that you can manage CRM integrations by going to account settings once you are logged in. Just click "OK" to continue. For steps on how to set this up, please go here.
- Options to connect Archive will show, click "Skip." A pop-up will appear informing you that you can manage Archive integrations by going to account settings once you are logged in. Just click "OK" to continue. For steps on how to set this up, please go here.
- Click "Add a Credit Card" to add your billing information, and click "Done."
Congratulations your new account is now setup!
