Yes! Within MyRepChat you can create and enable and automatic response for times you might be out of town or are unavailable.
- Navigate to the settings page by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, near the logout button.
- Click on the "Basic" tab and scroll down to the Out of Office Response section. Type the message that you would like to be sent to your clients.
- Click the enable toggle beneath the message box to enable the automatic response.
- The auto response will now be sent in response to any incoming message until you have disabled it.
Note: Once you disable an automatic response the message will not be saved. You will have to type a new message the next time you enable auto response.
