Integrating with SmartOffice allows you to import your contacts into MyRepChat.
You can begin the process by click on the "Contacts" tab from the toolbar.
You will now see a list of any existing contacts appear in the lefthand section of the page. Click "+Add".
Using the dropdown menu select the SmartOffice integration.
You will then be given a detailed message on how to retrieve your SmartOffice token.
Once you have added your token you can choose to activate notes and click Save.
You will now be able to click the "Get Contacts" button to retrieve contacts from SmartOffice.
You will see a new dialogue box appear with a list of all of your contacts or sets (groups) available for import.
Select the contact(s) or set(s) you would like to add to MyRepChat and click "Import".
You will now see the imported contacts added to your MyRepChat contact list.
*For SmartOffice by Ebix we just need the token value to be set. The token for ebix is a string that contains 3 parts all separated with an underscore (_). The first part is the server name, this value can be found in the network location of your browser when you are logged into SmartOffice, it is the part after https:// and before ez-data.com. The second part is your office name, and the last part is your user name. For example, if your server was http://xyz.ez-data.com, your office name homebase, and your user name charlie.brown, the token would be xyz_homebase_charlie.brown.
Notes allows us to send your texts to SmartOffice. The texts are sent in real time and saved as notes within the CRM.
