How do I integrate with Office 365 CRM?

Integrating with Office 365 allows you to import your contacts into MyRepChat.

Set up Integration:

From the Dashboard go to 'Settings'-->'Integrations'-->'Connect to CRM' and scroll to click on Office 365.  This screen will come up:

Once you click 'Login', you will be redirected to Office 365's login page. Once you have logged in and allowed access to your MRC account, you will be redirected back to your MyRepChat account. 

Once it is integrated, you can go into Contacts to search and pull over contacts.

Search Behavior

As you might expect, each CRM is different for search behavior and may have limitations.  These are the Office 365 specific behaviors:

• Phone number searching, other than Mobile Number, is not supported at all in Office 365. 
• Name searches look in either first or last names.
• Do not search for both first and last names at once. For example: 'Tom Jones' does not match either a first or last name, so the search will return no results.
• We don't currently support search by group. If you would like us to implement a group search, please let us know.
